painting projects, to the complete residing of our manufacturing
facility. M.D.B. Constructions work has always been of the highest

Please be advised Michael Burgess. and M.D.B. Construction has handled
several projects for Health & Education Services. They included
a buildout, and renovation of our outpatient facility in Gloucester,
and the complete renovation of our Federal Street site in Salem,
which is located in the historic district. Both of these projects
were accomplished while the sites were occupied, under Mike’s
management there was minimal disruption to the services taking place
at our offices.
M.D.B. completed these projects on time, within budget, and more
than met our expectations. Mike Burgess kept us apprised on a weekly
basis of the budget status; his management of the projects was exemplary.
