First I would like to apologize for the delay in writing this letter. As I am sure you remember, we contracted your company to “finish” our basement. I am writing this letter to let you know how happy we were with your company and your salesman Chris. He was always available to answer questions and help iron out details. When we began this process, we solicited estimates from other firms. While MDB’s estimate was not the lowest, we felt with all your company had to offer, MDB was the right choice.

I would also like to praise the “MDB work force”. All the guys were very respectful and I commend them for the work they performed. We could not be happier with the way the basement turned out! We now have the perfect place for the entire family.

Lastly, I would like you to know that MDB Construction will be the first company we will turn to for all our future home improvement projects. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who needs a contractor. Please feel free to use our name as a reference.

I am writing this letter to recommend MDB Construction, and the owner - Michael Burgess.

In 1999, MDB Construction was awarded the Phase I facilities renovation contract for my company, The Bioengineering Group. I was extremely pleased with the renovation, which was carried out in a timely and professional manner.

In April of 2002, we hired MDB Construction once again to perform Phase II of our facilities renovation. This project included building walls, ceilings, office doors, a fire door, a spiral staircase unit, desk fabrications, kitchen, tiles, etc. This renovation was a large and complicated renovation, which required the company to relocate for a few weeks. Mike Burgess was able to perform the work in the time frame we had allocated and we were able to move back in on schedule. The finish work, which had to be completed while we were working, was also completed with sensitivity toward our working environment.

Mike Burgess has also done work at my private home, as well as for several other employees' homes. I would not hesitate to recommend him at any time.
